GENERAL INSURANCE BROKING

DAMIAN PRICE – DIRECTOR

Damian has been with Austbrokers NCFS since 2007 with over 20 years experience working with International Insurers & Insurance Broking Companies.

Damian holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a QPIB Member of NIBA.

Damian’s main focus is servicing clients and the general running of Austbrokers NCFS and its associated companies.

TIM PARRY – DIRECTOR

Tim started with Austbrokers NCFS in 1992 and has over 35 years experience in the Insurance Industry.

Tim is a Senior Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute, holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is a QPIB Member of NIBA and also a Justice of the Peace.

Tim’s role is servicing of retail and corporate clients.

CHANTAL CONNOLLY – ACCOUNT MANAGER, ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Chantal commenced her time with Austbrokers NCFS in 2007. Prior to that she held several administration roles and was also a Finance Broker.

Chantal holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Mortgage/Finance Broking), Tier 1 Certificate in General Insurance and is currently studying for her Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking), Chantal is also a Justice of the Peace.

As well as general day to day administration and compliance Chantal also is involved in client service and business development.

GRAHAM WATTS – ACCOUNT MANAGER

Graham commenced with Austbrokers NCFS in 2009. Graham holds a Tier 1 Certificate in General Insurance.

Graham’s role in General Insurance includes client servicing and also delivering solutions for new clients.

DONNA JOHNSON – ACCOUNT MANAGER

Donna has been with Austbrokers NCFS since 2003, prior to 2003 Donna was an office manager for National Insurance Company.

Donna holds a Business Administration Services Certificate II and also a Tier 1 Certificate in General Insurance, she is currently studying for her Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Donna’s role includes servicing of retail & domestic clients, claims administration and accounts.

KYLIE WRAIGHT – ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Kylie joined Austbrokers NCFS in 2009, Kylie currently holds a Business Administration Services Certificate II and is studying towards the Tier 1 General Insurance.

Kylie’s role includes client service, claims handling and renewal negotiation.

AMY FISHER – ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER/RECEPTION

Amy commenced her career at Austbrokers NCFS in 2010. Amy is currently studying for the Tier 1 General Insurance as well as reception Amy attends to client service, renewal negotiation and claims processing.

FINANCIAL PLANNING/LIFE (RISK INSURANCE)

GRAHAM WATTS – FINANCIAL PLANNER

Graham is Austbrokers NCFS Financial Planner. Graham holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). Graham services our Superannuation clients, Financial Planning and our Life & income Protection Insurance.

HELEN ROSS – RISK ADVISOR/AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

Helen commenced work at Austbrokers NCFS in 1993. Helen currently holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Risk Insurance) and continues ongoing professional development through Kaplan.

Helen’s main focus is Life (Risk) Insurance &  Income Protection for new clients. Helen also provides ongoing annual service for our clients.

CHERYL FORD – CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Cheryl has been with Austbrokers NCFS since 1999. In that time Cheryl has worked in various support roles. Cheryl currently provides support to our Financial Planning and Life/Risk specialists
